Staging Consultations and Proposals
Our vacant and unfurnished consultations are free of charge, though our occupied and/or furnished consultations are not. Occupied/furnished consultations are priced at $125/hour, with the 1st hour charged upfront prior to the designer visiting on-site. This is when the designer will advise what items to keep, move to a different location on the property or storage facility, or bring in from PRHS inventory. At the charged consultation, the designer present can offer advice on items in the property that should be changed such as carpet, paint, light fixtures, etc, but they are not able to provide specific pieces or pricing. That would be handled by our interior design division.
A proposal can be sent to a client if the property is listed, vacant, and unfurnished. If there is an old listing with the same floor plan but the property is still vacant and unfurnished, we can send the client a proposal prior to the designer's visit. We do recommend that a designer eventually visit the property, but that may also be done after the client pays and is put on the schedule.
If a designer needs to visit the property, he/she will meet the client and take notes, photographs, and measurements. The designer will ask for specific requests such as what the client would like to accomplish overall, along with other information as needed.
The proposal sent to a client is for a 3-month contract. This includes consultation, installation, and removal of furniture. If the client needs furniture after the 3-month contract expires, a month-to-month furniture rental fee will be indicated on the contract. We are unable to promise specific pieces when staging, as our inventory is constantly rotating. We can adhere to the look and feel the client is going for, but our overall goal is to enhance the home.

- Installation of furniture, accessories, and art that will enhance the look and feel of the home
- Removal of Phoenix Rising Home Staging furniture and accessories
